Open Position Guitar Chord Diagrams

Here is a chart of open chord you can use for reference when learning or creating songs. The root note of the chord gives the chord its name, for example look at the first chord in the chart. The Chord is an E chord because the first note of that chord is E, the sixth string. Refer to the lesson how to read chord diagrams if you are unsure how to read these diagrams.
